Consumers have been told not to drink the product and return it to where they bought it from for a full refund
A fruity drink has been recalled as it could be ‘contaminated with a microbiological hazard.’ You should therefore not consume Icesupp’s mango & passionfruit, and mixed berries frozen supplements, sold in over 400 pharmacies, as well as on Amazon.
The bad batches of the drink, in the 86ml/100g packets, can be identified by their best-before dates. For mango & passionfruit flavour, you should not consume drinks with best before dates of July or October 2027. For the mixed berries flavour, don’t consume drinks with best before dates of May or October 2027.
If you have any of these products, you can take them back to the shop where you bought them for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
For any other information, you should contact icesupp directly at [email protected]. Icesupp said: “[Do] not be concerned if you have already consumed icesupp from the affected batches, this is a packaging-related quality issue and a precautionary recall.”
Product recall tracker Recallscope said: “Packaging-defect recalls can sound minor, but they matter because packaging is part of how a product stays safe and usable. If a pouch, seal, or container can fail, families may not be able to rely on the product being in the condition the label suggests.”
