CCTV cameras captured the assault but no arrests have been made in connection

A man in his 20s admitted himself to hospital after an early morning stabbing in the centre of Harlesden. He was attacked on High Street at around 3.45am yesterday (May 3).

The emergency services attended the scene but could not locate the victim. The Metropolitan Police then learned an injured man had checked into A&E.

His condition has since been deemed neither life-threatening or life-changing, the force said in a statement this afternoon.

CCTV cameras captured the assault but no arrests have been made in connection.

Investigators are now urging witnesses, or anyone with relevant information, to come forward to help with ongoing enquiries.

A cordon was erected at the junction of High Street and Furness Road whilst officers secured the area.

A forensics van and evidence markers were pictured behind the red-and-white tape at around 9am. High Street fully reopened two hours later.

The stabbing comes a fortnight after two men were knifed just 10 minutes away on the same street.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting CAD 1265/3MAY.
