Details are currently light on the ground, with TfL only confirming that trains have been suspended between Waterloo and Green Park.
According to reports, a train carrying 400 passengers is stuck in a tunnel between Green Park and Westminster. Footage shows an emergency services presence at Westminster station, which is opposite the Houses of Parliament.
TfL does say that there is a faulty train at Westminster, though the exact details of this remain vague.
