The delays on both lines stem from the same cause.
Late engineering works finishing late on both the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines have caused these severe delays. There is no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate due to the late finish.
The minor delays on the Windrush line are due to a signal fault earlier at Denmark Hill.
