There are also severe delays across the Tube and Overground network, with two other lines also partially suspended
Rush hour commuters are facing major disruption on the London Underground this morning (July 31), with an entire line suspended and many more delayed. The Circle line is currently not running due to a points fault at High Street Kensington.
This has also halted services between Earl’s Court and Edgware Road, causing severe delays between Ealing Broadway, Richmond and Wimbledon and Tower Hill. Though service is otherwise running as normal, tickets are being accepted on local bus routes and South Western trains
Transport for London has also suspended northbound travel from Charing Cross and Camden Town on the Northern line. This is down to a signal failure at Warren Street.
Elsewhere, severe delays are being reported on the Metropolitan and Mildmay lines amid train cancellations and an operational incident in the depot, respectively. The former is affecting the route from Moor Park to Watford only.
The latter issue is also creating minor delays on the Lioness line.

- Northern line: No northbound service between Charing Cross and Camden Town due to a signal failure at Warren Street.
- Piccadilly line: No service between Cockfosters and Uxbridge due to line upgrade works.
