London’s St Pancras station has been evacuated today (Tuesday afternoon) amid reports of an unattended vehicle near the station entrance.
Witnesses reported seeing a significant police presence around the station, with entrances and exits from the Underground and mainline station closed. One post described a police cordon on the road between St Pancras and King’s Cross. Another reported hearing a loud bang. It is believed that trains have so far been unaffected.
TfL said: “Main and North Entrance/Entry closed due to an unattended vehicle at the request of Metropolitan Police. Station remains in full operation.”
